Initial inspection to identify access points and contamination levels. Shut down the system and isolate furniture and air vents. Install a vacuum system to create negative pressure, preventing dust from spreading within the space.
Use rotating brushes or compressed air to remove dust and mold from inside the duct. Immediately vacuum up the contaminants and collect them in designated bags outside the building.
Clean the cooling coils to remove mold and bacteria. Spray a safe, disinfectant solution inside the ductwork to eliminate any remaining contaminants and odors.
